Counting Down The School Days
School is finally coming to an end. The summer vibes are
quickly overwhelming students, making them procrastinate even more than before.
Even worse, teachers are starting to hand out and discuss finals. If your grade
is at the borderline, you are going to need to study your brains out to ace
that final in order to bump the grade up. Yes, you probably cringe at the
thought of studying for hours while your friends are out getting ice cream and
watching a movie. But in the end, you will be the one with the better grade
because you studied. Remember you have all summer to have fun; sacrifice two
weeks to study. You will not regret it. Here are a few tips to help you keep in
good shape as your current school year comes to an end:
1. Do your homework. Even if your grade is solid,
every point counts!
2. Be on time to school. That extra five minutes of
sleep is nice, but you don’t want the tardies to add up and lead to detention!
3. Do all the Extra Credit. It can be the
difference between an A and a B!
Keep working hard girls!

The Friend-Zone
Okay ladies listen up,
This is a topic that every girl goes through: when a guy wants to be more than friends, but you don't. AKA, the friend zone.
This is always an awkward situation for the girl and the guy. But today, we will write about this situation from the girls perspective, assuming she is the friend zoner.
So what are the best ways to friend zone a guy? We all have been though this, and there really is no good way to do it. But though experience, we have come up with the top 5 best ways to friend zone a guy
1. Call him "dude" or "buddy" and "bro" over text. This drops the hint without making it harsh.
2. Talk to him about the boy that you could be interested in. This lets him know that you are not interested in him, and shows that you just want to be friends.
3. Straight up tell him. Just say "okay _____, we need to talk. I don't know how you feel about me, but I see you as one of my closest guy friends, and nothing more than that."
4. Just avoid him. Stop responding to texts and have as little communication as possible. This is one of the harshest of them all, but it gets the point across.
5. Try to set him up with someone else. It works best if it is one of your friends.
Okay so these are the best ways to friend zone a guy. These are all coming from both a girl's experience and the input of one of my guy friends that I friend zoned ahaha

Summer
Summer is coming up here in just a few weeks! But before that we need to finish out the school year strong. These next few weeks are always overwhelming with tests, finals, and getting every grade to the best it can be. This is easier said then done. The weather is getting hotter and the summer vibe is setting in! Most kids are ready for some time off from school and ready to have an amazing summer. Flip flops, shorts, swimming, and vacation. These are some of the major things floating through these teenagers minds. Finals week is approaching us soon, this is one of the most important and stressful times of the year. First semester was a little easier in many ways. Most classes only cover one semester worth of material, and you are only getting a few weeks off, not months. This second semester is the end to the year, and most finals cover the whole year of what you have learned this increase the pressure to keep up your grades, or improve them. Once this is done you can finally relax!! This summer will be one for the books. Leave some comments of what you have planned. Every one have a successful finals week and an amazing summer.

Throwback
Today we are are going to talk about throwbacks.
Who remembers wonderballs?
Who remembers eating Kudos bars?
Who remembers playing 4-square at recess?
All of these great throwbacks made memories for life.
Enjoy yourself everyday and have a great week!
PROM 2K14
Hey followers! How have you guys been? :) Well, prom was this weekend and it was SO much fun! It was definitely the best school dance I've been to so far. I had such a great time. My prom group had great people in it, and we all had a fantastic night. We took pictures at 4:30 at the local pond for our school. Then we went back to one of the kids in our groups house for more pictures. Boy does his house have an amazing view! It has an amazing view of the whole entire town. After pictures, we headed off to dinner at a pizza place downtown. Everyone enjoyed that. The boys also enjoyed watching the basketball game on the big screen. Then we left dinner and headed off to the dance. The dance was in the ballroom of one of the local colleges. There was also food and drinks, and casino games to entertain everyone. After they crowned the prince, princess, king and queen, we left the dance and drove around on our party bus for a little. Overall, prom was such an amazing night and everyone had an awesome time. If prom is coming up at your school, I definitely recommend that you go!! You won't regret it.
